Halo

Adoption status: Adopted!

HALO

Hi, my name is Halo. I’m a handsome, 4 year old cream Shiba Inu! The only family I have ever known had to give me to DCSIR for personal reasons. I’ve been loved and cuddled and I am pretty well adjusted to any situation. DCSIR said they would take me in until I find my forever home. I did hear them say I have to go to the vet to get “fixed!” I don’t know what that means, because I am perfect in every way! I love long walks, and if you drop my leash I’ll show you how fast I can run and I bet you can’t catch me! I’m super strong and pull real hard on walks like I’m a sled dog! Guess my foster doesn’t like this too much and is trying to teach me better manners.

I might be little, but I love showing people how strong I am! I love meeting new dogs and have tons of energy to run and play with everyone, but especially Shibas like me! I don’t mind cats either. They look like little Shibas so I won’t try to hurt them or anything. I am a typical Shiba, so don’t expect me to come when you call me unless you have chicken or something really good. I’m a healthy, happy and handsome guy who would love to be in an active family with another furry brother or sister who I can bond and play with! Do you think we can meet? Maybe I can live with you forever! Halo is dog/cat/people friendly but will need to be neutered prior to adoption. He will be available in 2 weeks.
