Mashu

Adoption status: Adopted!

Hi everyone, my name is now Mashumaro, but my foster mom calls me Mashu! I’m a 2 year old male Shiba Inu and I’m cream like a Mashumaro (The Japanese word for Marshmallow). I came in to DCSIR because I didn’t get along with everyone in my family. I need force free training in order to thrive in a home and be a better family member. DCSIR said they will properly train me, take me on adventures and exercise when it’s not too hot outside. I’m a bit scared and nervous about all these new things, since I have only ever lived with one family since I was just a little puppy. But DCSIR has faith in me and say I’m just so young and cute. I lived with other dogs before and just love to play!

But I don’t like people taking MY bowl of food. After all, isn’t everything MINE? My new foster mom will be working on getting me to share more and is confident I’ll be great in a home with Shiba savvy people. DCSIR also said I get to continue to go to school after I get adopted into my forever home! Do you want a best friend who you can take on adventures, who’ll play well with other dogs in parks and who you can continually teach and train with? Then please email DCSIR and tell them you want to give me my forever home! I can’t take another heartbreak and promise to give you my loyalty and unconditional love in return. I will be considered for adoption after my 2 week assessment August 2, 2013!
