Hi, my name is Kido. I’m a young, small, cream male Shiba Inu! I was wandering the streets of Delaware when a kind family found me. They have 2 Shibas as well, so I had a nice time while I stayed with them for a few weeks. They tried everything to find my family. Even tracked down my unregistered microchip to a Missouri Puppy Mill but they don’t keep records on where they ship us. So I was real lucky they contacted DC SIR. When they found me I had prickers in my fur and my paws were raw and blistering. My fur is dry and dull and I may have mild allergies but DC SIR has a great program to get me looking fabulous. I did hear them say I have to go to the vet to get “fixed” on Wednesday.

Let me tell you a little bit about me, I am real friendly. I like all the dogs that I have met since I was found. It’s nice to have friendly dogs to play with. I also like all the nice people I have met. I give them kisses and cuddle up next to them on the couch. I don’t want to live on the street again so I hope to find a forever family that will take real good care of me! DC SIR will give you more information on me as they get to know me. But I can already tell you that I’m a super guy. Please follow and share my album on DC SIR Facebook page to help me find a forever home! You can even meet me at their monthly events! I will be available for adoption pending neuter, health and behavior assessment.
