We are seeking a few organized and motivated individuals to join our rescue group in various positions. Time commitments range from several hours per month to daily help.
Put your talents and skills to good use- whether they are planning an event, designing a website or creating invitations, socializing animals, interviewing potential adopters, writing necessary protocols, talking to corporate and individual sponsors, helping on photo shoots or organizing volunteers.
We are a team of dedicated volunteers who have full-time jobs, but consider this our passion and are dedicated to rescuing and placing animals in loving homes. If you are a motivated self-starter with a skill set that could help us, we would love to hear from you! Please note that we are a volunteer group and DCSIR is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. No one is paid (not even the founders/Board members) and everyone working for the rescue does so because of an intrinsic love for the breed.
