VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking a few organized and motivated individuals to join our rescue group in various positions.

You do not need to be local to volunteer for any admin/online support.

Time commitments range from several hours per month to daily help.Put your talents and skills to good use- whether they are planning an event, designing a website or creating invitations, socializing animals, interviewing potential adopters, writing necessary protocols, talking to corporate and individual sponsors, helping on photo shoots or organizing volunteers.We are a team of dedicated volunteers who have full-time jobs, but consider this our passion and are dedicated to rescuing and placing animals in loving homes. If you are a motivated self-starter with a skill set that could help us, we would love to hear from you! Please note that we are a volunteer group and DCSIR is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. No one is paid (not even the founders/Board members) and everyone working for the rescue does so because of an intrinsic love for the breed.
