Zora is an 2 year old, female Shiba Inu. See her Facebook album!

Hi everyone, my name is now Zora. I am a 2 year old female Shiba Inu. I was surrendered by a puppy mill in PA. They didn’t want me anymore and told DC SIR if they didn’t take me, I’d be euthanized. They rushed to secure my release. The transport driver was able to pick me up and drive me to my foster home late at night. He said I did great on the car ride. I didn’t make a sound. When I arrived, I was greeted by my foster family and started giving everyone kisses. I went on a quick walk, where they found out I can walk pretty good on a leash. I don’t pull and take my time. I was given lots of yummy treats and boiled chicken. When we went inside, I quietly explored my foster home to get familiar with my new surroundings. I really loved my foster family. I gave them so many kisses and they gave me lots of rubs. I love attention. I have 2 foster sisters, but they are a bit high energy for me and I’d rather just relax. When it was time for bed, I went right into the crate they prepared for me. I’m used to being in a crate and feel comfortable there. I went right to sleep and didn’t make a sound all night. When it was time for me to get out and go outside, I patiently waited for my foster mom to open the crate. I ate breakfast and gobbled it all up. It was very different than the food I was given at the mill. It was delicious. I am so happy I am free and getting all the love and attention I crave. My foster parents say that I’m very sweet and will make my future family very happy one day. Will that family be yours?
