Bella

Hi!  My name is Bella and I’m a 1.5 year old Shiba/Chow mix.  It was really scary being in the shelter, but I’m so much happier now that DCSIR rescued me!  It’s really great to be in a home again and I just adore the belly rubs.  Everyone tells me that I am very sweet and incredibly smart!  I know lots of tricks and would love to show you how intelligent I am.

I am currently living in a home with a small child and, to be honest, I really need to be in an environment where I can have my space.  I feel like I would do really well in a home where I was an only pet.  That way I can be completely devoted to you and not feel like I have to compete for your affections!

I promise to be loving and caring to you if you’ll just open your heart and see how truly special I am!
