Meet Cosmos! He is the third born to Dahlia—Brother to Aster, Zinnia, and Daisy and cousin to Peony’s pups, Pansy and Poppy. Cosmos has been a bit shier than his brothers and sisters but he is still super outgoing and friendly! Cosmos was the first to attempt the cushioned stairs and loved to hang out on top and oversee the puppy chaos below him! Born Monday, June 19, 2023, at 8:41 am there was a lot of fluid but no crying. Cosmos weighed 6.3 ounces. He had a bit of trouble latching at first but his foster mom was there to ensure he figured it out and got milk! Cosmos did great during his Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) but did squeak and squirm with new handling positions. He was the most curious with Early Scent Introduction (ESI) and enjoyed sniffing new daily scents! Cosmos is friendly and curious. He may hang back to observe new things but is not scared.
