DCSIR Alumni Updates: Nami
November is Adopt a Senior Month, so in honor of this we are featuring updates of some of our adopted Senior alumni. Nami is an 11 year old senior who spent her whole life with the same family, until they surrendered her to a shelter in April 2013. After spending 49 days in a shelter, she was rescued by DCSIR on June 23, 2013, and on July 11, she was adopted by her foster parents! Here is an update from Nami’s…
