Miko was rescued by DCSIR in Frebruary 2013 after being neglected, ignored, and finally, abandoned by her family of 12 years. She came into rescue nearly bald with infected skin allergies. DC SIR does not have a shelter facility. To meet our adoptable dogs, interested adopters can attend one of our monthly adoption events.
